The confirmation of the delivery and the tracking number (essential to monitor the status of the order) will be communicated to you by email when the package will be delivered to the courier from our warehouses. Delivery costs using the Economy mode are free for orders over HKD3000, but any customs duties and charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Your order will be dispatched only upon approval of payment and delivery details. The amount charged for shipping will be displayed directly on the checkout page, after entering the delivery address.
For shipments we use FEDEX Economy service and delivery times are 5-7 working days. FEDEX Priority service is also available upon request by selecting the relevant option from the payment check out. The timing is merely indicative.
All orders will be processed within 24 hours of the following business day from Monday to Friday, except for unavailable items or corporate business closure. Goods travel at the buyer's risk. Failure to send the goods, for any reason, does not entail any liability for Fabriccino.
Fabrics must be checked before cutting, keeping in mind a tolerance for slight differences of color, weight, height and an increased tolerance for specific fabrics (cotton, linen, silk, gabardine, camel, cashmere etc.).
Potential defects must be communicated to us within 10 days from receiving the goods. Returns, if authorized, must be shipped back at customer's expense and, if accepted, will give the customer right to receive an exchange or full refund.
Returns are conditional upon receipt of shipping information, such as invoice number or order number and related date.We do not accept returns of fabrics that have been treated, processed and/or cut.
